Local Education are currently recruiting for a committed and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs within a supportive school environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Help manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement in learning
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning support
- Promote a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is desirable
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Patient, resilient and proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
