Location: Cambridge
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

A well-established, forward-thinking architectural studio is looking to appoint a talented Architect to join its expanding Cambridge team. Known for its creative and sustainable approach to design, the practice delivers a diverse portfolio of work across sectors including residential, healthcare, education, and cultural developments.

The Role:

  • Managing projects through RIBA Stages 1-6
  • Producing detailed technical drawing packages from concept through delivery
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
  • Overseeing project timelines and ensuring key deadlines are achieved
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
  • Using Revit on a daily basis for design and project documentation

About You:

  • ARB registered Architect (essential)
  • Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential)
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Ability to manage workload across multiple live projects
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic about sustainable, high-quality architecture
